Reservation and Cancellation policy
Payment: (credit card facility)
We provide credit card facility.
50 % payment is required while confirming the tour. The remaining payment or 100 % payment must be made one month prior to the arrival date of the group.
100% payment is required for the flight tickets before the purchase of ticket.
Forigner Tourist: Bhutan visa will be approved by the government only after the full tour payment is wired transferred to Tourism council of Bhutan Bank account received from the guests.
Bank details will be provided by GreenForest Bhutan Tours and Treks. And, please contact us for the bank details.
Tour cancellation policy
- 90% refund for the tour cancelled before 45 days of arrival date, payment transfer charges will be charged.
- 75% refund for the tour cancelled between 30 to 45 days of arrival date.
- No refund for the tour cancelled less than 30 days of arrival date and for the change of itinerary.
The above policy doesn’t apply to the luxury hotels. Luxury hotels have their own cancellation policy. So please check with us.
Flight Cancellation Policy: (Documentation charge USD 25/ticket)
To do trekking in the high altitude, insurance is mandatory.
You must provide us with your insurance policy details and your contact information while confirming the tour.
For trekking, if the group finishes the trek or incomplete the trek before the scheduled date, guests must pay directly for the extra expenses.
Condition on tour booking with us
Itinerary is made depending on the availability of hotels and as per guest’s interest.
Once the itinerary is made and agreed between the parties, we don’t entertain to change in itinerary. Guests have to pay extra for any change in the itinerary.
While on tour in Bhutan, GreenForest Bhutan will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings. Your goods should be at your own risk.
